Homestay:   Accommodation is with an approved British family, either in a house or apartment.  All accommodation is of good standard with single or shared room and typical shared family facilities.  Breakfast and evening meals are shared with the family.   It is an advantage to practise English in a family-like setting. Most homes are near to recreational fields, parks, indoor and outdoor shopping centres, and London transport.  All host families must have DBS check and fulfil suitability criteria.

tDormitory Residence:    Accommodation is in shared rooms.  It is more more economical.   There are separate blocks for juniors and seniors with single rooms for group leaders.  All rooms have en suite bathrooms.  Student accommodation is sharing rooms with bunk beds.  Rooms are cleaned regularly.  There are spacious gardens and dining areas.  The residence is close to a library and park with sports facilities, shopping and transport.

Family hotel or guest house (minium 3 star):  Accommodation is in a shared room with en suite bathroom, TV, and tea-making facilities.  Large family suites are available.  Group leaders are allocated single rooms. Room furnishings are of a high standard with daily change of linen and towels.  There is a comfortable lounge and restaurant, with standard or a la carte menu.  The hotel is based close to parks, local schools, shopping and sports facilities and numerous transport routes.
